"Bootie Camp" Coaching Format
"Bootie Camp" begins with you a meeting between your therapist, you and your partner. The first meeting will focus on collaborative goal-setting based on your needs and our expertise. Together you will decide how many sessions you will have. The series typically consists of 4-6 intensive, 1-hour relationship coaching sessions.
Sessions will address any specific concerns and also cover tried and true techniques that teach you how to be the best co-parents and partners you can be!
