Dr. Singley does not accept any insurance. For patients who would like to use insurance, Dr. Singley can provide monthly “superbill” statements of service to patients who have a PPO plan and would like to receive reimbursement for out of network services. Patients interested in doing so are encouraged to contact their insurance company to determine out-of-network mental health benefits coverage including annual deductible amount and the percentage of total out of pocket fee reimbursed.
Except in case of emergencies, patients must notify Dr. Singley of cancellations at least 48 hours prior to their scheduled appointment in order to avoid being charged for their session. Cash, checks, and credit card (via Paypal) are accepted.
